At ADS Pet Store, we want your furry friend to look their best in our high-fashion pet apparel and accessories. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package the Apparel

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, free of pet hair, with tags attached, and placed securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
